This exciting 16-day adventure ticks off all the best that South Korea has to offer. Starting in Seoul, highlights include visits to the Sejong Museum, DMZ, Namsan Mountain, Lotte World Tower, and a Korean Deaf School, alongside cultural experiences like the Hongdae shopping street and a river cruise. The tour continues with stops in Cheonju, Jeonju, Daegu, Yeosu, and Busan, featuring attractions such as the Hanok Village, a Deaf Art Museum, Gamcheon Village, and Haeundae Beach. Then we fly to Jeju Island and visit Udo-Myeon Island, Manjanggul Cave, Spirited Garden, and Osulloc Tea Museum, offering a perfect blend of nature, culture, and relaxation. Our partner operator YESPAL will ensure that you receive the most authentic travel experience alongside a local Deaf Korean guide.
Price for South Korea is $4,400 USD per person based on two people sharing a room. An additional cost may apply for a solo room.
A non-refundable $500 USD deposit is required to reserve your space.
Full payment is due 90 days before the adventure start date.









May 27
Arrive at Incheon International Airport (ICN) and transfer to your hotel in Seoul. Kick off our adventure with orientation and a taste of authentic Korean cuisine. Stay in Seoul for 4 nights.
May 28
Today’s sights: DMZ Visit (between North Korea and South Korea). Lunch together. Then, visit Hongdae for food & shopping street.
May 29
Visit Cheong Wa Dae (The Blue House), followed by a traditional pollock soup brunch. Explore the historic Gyeongbokgung Palace. In the afternoon, tour a Korean Deaf school (subject to approval). Dinner with a local Deaf social group, depending on their availability.
May 30
Take in city views from Lotte World Tower. Enjoy sujebi (hand-torn noodle soup) for lunch, then browse traditional art and souvenirs in Insadong. Walk through Jongno’s alleys before dinner. End the day with a one-hour Han River cruise. Evening social with the local Deaf community.
May 31
Travel to the Korean Folk Village, then continue on to Cheonju for a visit to the only Deaf Museum in Korea. End the day in Jeonju where we will stay for 2 nights.
June 1
Morning exploration of Jeonju Hanok Village on foot, then drive to visit Jaman Mural Village, Jeonju Hyanggyo, and Omodae Viewpoint. Return to Jeonju.
June 2
Travel to Pohang and walk the thrilling Hwanho Park Space Walk. Continue on to Gyeongju for dinner. At sunset, witness the magical lighting at Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond. Drive to Busan. Stay in Busan for 3 nights.
June 3
Visit Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, perched on a cliff above the sea. Then enjoy a relaxing walk along Haeundae Beach and explore Dongbaek Park.
June 4
Start the morning at Busan Senior Citizen Park. Explore the colorful streets of Gamcheon Culture Village, then visit Jagalchi Market and Nampo’s seafood street for a taste of local life.
June 5
After breakfast at the hotel, we make our way back to Seoul. Then, you will have free time to explore Seoul or rest. Stay in Seoul for 2 nights.
June 6
Visit to the Korean Deaf Expo hosted by a deaf-owned organizer, socializing with the deaf Korean community, and gathering at dinner with staff.
June 7
Transfer to the airport for a flight to Jeju Island. Jeju Island arrival & check-in at the hotel. In the afternoon, visit a famous market. Return to the hotel for rest. Stay in Jeju for 3 nights.
June 8
Morning ferry arrival to visit Udo-Myeon Island. Rent golf carts. We visit Mangru Lighthouse, then eat at a famous restaurant: HahaHoho Udo. Visit Udo Biyangdo. Then, Hongjodangoe Beach. Before 4 pm, we must be there for the returning ferry. Then, visit the Jeju Seongsan Ilchulbong. Dinner at the famous KBBQ island restaurant, then return to the hotel.
June 9
Visit the three main keys that represent Jeju Island: 1) Jeju Stone Park, 2) Haenyeo Museum, and 3) Manjanggul Cave.
June 10
Visit the Jeongbangpokpo Waterfall, then Spirited Garden & Osulloc Tea Museum. Show around the WFD’23 Conference shortly, then visit the Arte Museum. BBQ Dinner. Return to Seoul and wrap up the tour!
June 11
Transport to Incheon International Airport (ICN) for your departure flight.

This does not cover any adventures outside South Korea, or any personal travel cancellations, postponements, interruptions, or any medical expenses that are not caused by our adventures. For this reason, we highly encourage you to purchase travel insurance (e.g. World Nomads or Travelex).
We understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable.
If you cancel at least 90 days before your adventure start date, we will refund you in full (minus the deposit). Cancellations less than 90 days before adventure start date cannot be refunded.
